Quizmaker Properties (09') (User may view slide after quiz:)

Hi,
I have 3-4 single question Quiz Maker slides in between the presenter slides. The properties for all the questions have been set as follows:
However, when I select an incorrect response and click the Next button, I'm still able to proceed to the next slide. Ideally, as per the properties, I should only be able to proceed when I select a correct response.
I also tried to publish as per the steps mentioned on this link:

but this is issue still persists.

The properties that you are sharing above are for the overall quiz. Are you wanting the learner to have multiple attempts on an individual question before moving forward? Check out this tutorial.

Yes, the learner has multiple attempts on each question.
Just to give you an idea of the course structure.
There's just 1 single question in each quiz and we have 3 such quizzes in the entire course for each topic.
There's only 1 assessment on the last slide. The assessment functions fine because we've select 'At any time' for the property, 'User may view slides after quiz:'.
Issue: On the 3 individual questions, when I select an incorrect response and click the Next button, I'm still able to proceed to the next slide. Ideally, as per the property "User may view slides after quiz:: After passing quiz". I should be able to proceed only when I select a correct response.
Any thoughts?

I may need to take a look at your .quiz file. Would you be able to share that here?
Do you have a results slide for each of the quizzes? That would be needed for this to perform as you expect.
