Quizmaker Properties Window not Displaying

Hello folks,

We've recently upgraded from the suite of Articulate products (09 to 13).

I've had to update a couple of courses that were built within in Articulate 09.  When it comes to adding quizzes I no longer get the properties window - the window that allows you to set user permissions ie, user may view slides after quiz, etc.  With the properties window no longer there, I'm unable to edit.

Incidentally this happens with the Engage interactions as well.

Am I doing something incorrect?  Wouldn't be the first time!

Quick follow up:

If I have the Quizmaker file open, save within Quizmaker, preview it within Presenter – the properties slide reappears. However if I edit the properties within Presenter, the Quzimaker Properties window once again disappears. Repeat process...

She publishes and previews fine.

I have not heard of this issue before Greg.

Are you working locally? 

When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information.

Does this happen with all of your projects or just this one?

I'm working locally - all files are contained within in one folder. This happens when importing Articulate 09 course files or creating a new Articulate 13 course. 

Another band-aid I've stumbled on is to un-do changes. The un-do command brings back the quiz properties dialogue box, however, as soon as I select a quiz property the dialogue box disappears.  It's not a deal breaker just annoying....

Here's another screenshot - take note of the blank PPT panels that should be displaying the quiz properties.  This time when I made changes it impacted all quiz property dialogue boxes, not just the quiz that I was working on??

Since Articulate Studio '13 isn't working properly, let's see if a simple repair may fix the problem.
