QuizMaker - Published in Presenter but not showing up

Hi there-

I have created a 19 questions graded assessment via QuizMaker and have published the course.  When I go to take the quiz, I get the "loading circle" but no quiz.  However, when I preview the slide with the quiz, it appears as it should.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
