quizmaker results problem

Hello there.

We have a quiz with 10 hotspot questions with 10 linked correct answer blank slides.  the quiz takes 5 of these pairs randomly for each quiz. 

In preview it works flawlessly. In one of 5 publishes it has worked but there was a problem in another area of the presenter file.  the issue is that on completion it does not show the completion slide, it says next question and goes back to slide one in what appears to be review mode but it keeps looping even if you review all questions and answers.

We have restarted our computer and republished, deleted and re-inserted the quiz and republished.  I am running out of ideas.  My next thought is to make a new quiz and copy the questions into it and name it different and then insert it.  It is quite time consuming as the overall file is 96 slides.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
