Quizmaker results to Database without email feature?

I noticed that in Articulate 13 the option was removed that allowed users to email Quizmaker results. 

I am trying to find a work around to be able to show my client how each user scored on a test, instead of their percentage correct.  I found a lot of interesting information from the Articulate community about how people were sending the data to a database http://www.mozealous.com/quizmaker-results-to-a-database/ and I thought we could look at that option.  Is this option still possible without the "email results" feature in Articulate 13?

Any insight on how to make this work without having to switch to a different LMS or store my data in Articulate Online would be helpful.
