Quizmaker scorm course can't launch on LMS, but other non-scorm course can do

Hey guys,
I've got some trouble ,and really not sure which part of my work had cause this problem
As the capture up there, one of our student launched his quiz(scorm course),but can't show any content,it's keep showing this loading page.
We've checked the Scrom setting of this course,Publish this course include html5, and upload the xml files by binary upload through FTP, ask this member checked his computer to make sure it's qualify for our LMS setting,but none of this point out the reason.
And the Strange thing is, he opened other scorm course made by flash showed the same problem,but he can read other non-scorm couse on the same computer,So we are very confused about what may cause this problem.
Looking forward to hear some solutions from yor guys

Hi, Lumi -- Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear of your difficulties! May I ask if you are finding the same troubles when you test your published output via the SCORM Cloud, as it is the recommended environment for LMS testing? I've never used that before, I'll try that within next project.
Thanks for your support, don't know why our student just reset his IE browser,then he can finally open that scorm course,that's kind of weird, but it's happy that he can launch correctly.
Do you have any idea what may cause this trouble? Hope we can prevent this happen again.

Not sure, but glad that the user was able to resolve the issue. Sounds like it was limited to the users computer/IE settings.

I've found out the reason! I made a wrong setting at tracking while published lol
