Anyone knows whether the Survey functionality in Quizmaker can be deployed to pull feedback and response from a group of respondents like how a typical survey is expected to be?
I do not want to have each user submit their responses individually to me which would mean that I would have to manually record/update the responses received. Know what I mean?

This data is included in what we send to the LMS, but it is up to the individual LMS in how to handle.
Articulate Online can handle this data.
Otherwise, hopefully someone in the community will be able to assist you.
