In the quizmaker template, I have assigned 100% transparency to all except the buttons [blue] and text [white]. I have even set the quiz slide master background to transparency 100%. Yet, on publishing, the quiz page is not showing the PowerPoint header and footer.
When I did the same a couple of weeks back, it was showing the Ppt header/footer. Cant make out what different I did this time :-( Please guide.
Hi there Asih - couple things come to mind that you might want to check:
Are the PPT headers/footers on a slide master layout, and have you assigned that layout to your quiz placeholder slide?
In Articulate Presenter, have you marked the option to "Include slide master behind quizzes & interactions" in Presentation Options > Publish ?
Also sometimes I have seen instances where PowerPoint somehow "loses" the slide master even after you've applied it, so that would be worth re-checking (and re-applying, if needed).
