Quizmaker - Unhandled exception error..

Dear heroes,

The following error message is triggering when i click create new quiz on quizmaker

"Unhandled exception has occured in your appliation........"

i have done all steps from http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=2425

Still the problem is not rectified.

I am using windows 7 (32 bit) OS. Please guide me how to resolve this issue.
