About a month ago, I
started experiencing an issue where Quizmaker will not launch while I am connected
to our company's network. No error message is received, the program simply does
not start. If I disconnect from the network, however, I am able to launch the program
without issue.
This also occurs with Engage, Video Encoder, and Storyline. Presenter works fine as it launches with PowerPoint, although I am unable to publish as it says Quizmaker cannot be initiated.
Hi Charles and Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! There must be something on your network that is preventing our applications from running. Can someone in your IT Department determine what may be causing this?
