Quizmaker will not run at all.

Hi all,

I have used my studio 09 since it came out. This past 10 days Quizmaker will not work at all. Here are the particulars:

Windows 8.1 with all updates. Office 07 with all updates. Studio 09, latest version.

Quizmaker freezes up when creating,  resaving quiz and also when trying to publish. 

·         All my files are saved on my local C: drive, I am not am on a network.

·         I have tried running the repair on studio.

·         I  resaved the presentation with a different name.

·          Uninstalled and reinstalled Studio and Office following your directions at : https://www.articulate.com/support/presenter-09/unexpected-or-erratic-behavior-in-articulate-studio-09.

·         Made sure .NET was running correctly.

·         Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe flash player per your directions online.

·         I have made the recommended exclusions in Avast program.

I make my living with this program, please help me get back to being able to work.
