Quizmaker Window 'stuck' at a small size

I have an end user that has his quiz window only open in about an 3x3 square (it does this on every quiz).  He can scroll a little, but can never get to the submit button.  It seems locked to his particular machine (I logged in as him on a different, older machine and was able to test and use successfully).  He is the only user out of 150 that has had this issue.  Any ideas what could be causing it?
