QuizMaker Won't Open

I can't get Quizmaker to start. 

  • Occasionally I will see the splash screen for a while (signing in, etc.) and then it just disappears.
  • If I try to open a quiz from the PPT, sometimes it will open, but it just hangs (see attached screenshot) and eventually just closes on its own.
  • I've tried different quizzes, so it's not just one that I have a problem with

I just finished reinstalling Studio 360 - uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, but this behavior was there beforehand.   

Any ideas on what to try?  I've searched the forums with not much luck.

If a Studio 360 app doesn't open, I typically start with the simple repair steps. However, if that didn't sort the problem, then we'd love to explore further.
