I have a quiz that I have published and reviewed without issue that I am trying to publish a Word doc with the full quiz details for. When I publish it, it looks like a regular publish, except when I get to the congratulations screen that should allow me to eMail, FTP, Zip, Open the file, or View Document. At that point none of the buttons work and I do not receive a Word Document. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do I resolve it?
Thanks for the reply. I cross posted this to Articulate Support and Karla Maye Bulaon answered back right away to help. The issue was a corruption with the first group in the quiz that had two blank slides for a Title page and Introduction. Once that group was deleted and recreated, the quiz functioned correctly again and would publish the word doc. Thank you again for offering your support.
