As you mentioned your LMS, have you had a chance to test your published output in the SCORM Cloud, as it is the industry standard for LMS testing? Typically, if you do not experience the same behavior in the SCORM Cloud that you are seeing in your LMS, we recommend that you reach out to your LMS provider for additional assistance.
