Quizzes do not load during playback for some users

We have a course with multiple quizzes developed using QuizMaker 09. The course was published for the WEB and resides on a Web server.  It has been taken by several hundred individuals with no issues.  However, one group of employees in one location have a problem viewing the QuizMaker quizzes.  For them, all screens work fine except the quizzes which indefinitely display the “loading” icon.  Can there be something unique to their systems that would cause this?
