Quizzes not loading - read article

Hello,

I read all the other posts regarding this issue, but still am having the problem. I read the

http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=2347 article, followed all the steps and still no luck. I created seven modules; all of the others work, but one of the seven continues to give me problems. Do you know if there could be any other reason the quizzes are not loading? I made a very minor edit to a quiz (deleted an image) but when I republished none of the interactions or quizzes load.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated

I'd recommend sending us your files so we can take a closer look. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

I just uploaded the file. Case #00265691

I included the description in the comments section, but what is happening is that the quizzes just hang on the loading screen instead of displaying. I made minor changes to the Knowledge Check, but when I republished the file this happened. It works when I preview the slides, but they do not work once published.

Helo Eileen, Peter,

I have the same problem with my ppt file : the quiz work fine when previewed but not when published. I have been testing for hours and can't find a solution.

I uploaded my package for review on your site Case #00266059, and if you could help that would be such a relief.

In the meantime, is there any chance that you could share the solution you found for Eileen's case with us here?

My files actually work fine when I view them in the environment where the students will be viewing them. They still do not work when I view the output via the "View Presentation" dialog box that displays once the publish is complete, but when I uploaded them to our servers they worked fine. Hope this helps!
