I would like to make a survey/quiz which will have 3 ranges of scores. Each slide or question will not have feedback. At the end each range will have a seperate results slide or final feedback slide which will be RAG (Red Amber Green). Any ideas how I will do this or is there a template which already has this applied so I can see how it is done.
I have attached a picture which I found in Google searching for this topic.. this is the type of feedback i would like to give.
I saw you posted this for Quizmaker and Storyline - which authoring tool will you be using?
You may want to take a look at the information on "personality" style tests - as that would be similar to capturing a range of answers and giving a user a Red/Amber/Green ranking.
Let us know if you need more ideas! I'd also suggest reaching out in theBuilding Better Courses side of ELH and see if there is anyone who can help! That side tends to focus more on design and how to.
Awesome Jaki - I'd say Storyline will give you more options to customize this than Quizmaker, so take a look at Allison's example and see if that fits your needs.

Thank you for getting back to me. I posted in both areas as i didn't know which application would be best to do this in!
I will also post in the building better courses too - but will also look at your suggestion above.
