I'm not following your question. You asked could questions in the same pool be separated and not back to back, but previously mentioned that the questions were randomized?
For example, if I have 5 pools of 5 questions each and only 3 questions are selected per pool (for a total of 15 questions). Is it possible that the 3 questions from question pool 1 not be grouped together.
The questions will get randomized within the same group, but your end user is not aware of the groups. You will specify the order and which of the groups appear when you build your quiz.
