Randomized Printed Version

Nov 15, 2012

We have a quiz built in Articulate Quizmaker '09.  We have multiple question groups where we have randomized the groups and included 2 questions per group.  We also have for each of the multiple-choice questions shuffled the answers.

When we publish to Word with Questions Only to create a printed quiz for people to complete, the randomization, question selection and answer shuffle do not apply.  We were hoping to use Quizmaker to make multiple versions of the same questions using those features.

Anyone know how to create a printed copy for someone to complete that will randomize and shuffle?

Thanks for your help!

Hi Wendy and welcome to the community.

When publishing to a  Word version, questions will always be in the same order.

The shuffle logic is only applied to non-static output.

The only way I see it, is by adding a print button on your quiz and use Javascript (window.print()

You also may consider redirecting the output instead of a normal printer to a PDF printer, in that case you can do whatever you want with it.

Cheers
