Reactivate Quizmaker

Hello!

I was recently trying to view a quiz I have within Presenter and received a message that I needed Quizmaker '09, which I have. I researched the error, and it appears that I need to reactivate the software.  How do I go about doing this?  When I open Quizmaker on its own, outside of presenter, it opens fine and appears to be activated, so I don't know how to reactivate.

Hi Lacey,

You may want to look at going through the following steps:

  1. Repair Articulate Studio '09.
  2. Verify that the Articulate add-ins are properly enabled in PowerPoint
