Reporting function with HTML?

Feb 18, 2014

Hi

I would like to know if there is any way to incorporate reporting features with HTML publishing?

For example, the user can access the website - type their email address or a username, complete the quiz, and the results thereof would be sent to a designated email address?

Thanks

Hi Grant!

Check out this article to understand how Articulate recommends tracking your Quizmaker content.

We want every feature in our software to work well. Unfortunately, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in our products anymore.

I also wanted to mention, that although Articulate Quizmaker '13 doesn't support certificates of completion, you may be able to modify the report.html file in your published output to make it look like a certificate. Here's how.
