Currently, it's not possible to report on individual groups in Quizmaker. You could insert a blank slide as the first slide in a group which you could use to separate the questions but it's not really possible to show results by group, or report those separate groups.
One option would be to break the quizzes into individual quizzes based on group. Even though it may take some additional time, you'll be able to report each quiz separately. Would that be an option for you?
In the meantime, if this is something you'd like to see in a future release, I'd suggest sending in a feature request:

There isn't an option to report on individual question groups in Quizmaker available at this time, but you can achieve that in Storyline – and since you have Quizmaker 360, you have access to Storyline 360 as well ☺️
Storyline allows you to include a result slide for each question group, and you can combine those into a final results slide.
