reports not getting printed

I have prepared a quiz and published ifor web (html +swf files). Everything works perfect oin my laptop (where I have installed the quizmaker program) . I transfer the generated quiz files (html = swf etc) to another PC - the quiz plays and behaves perfectly until the last slide - there i cannot print report nor does anything happen when i click the finsig button.
The program is not communicating with the printer - even the printer icon does not appear in the system tray nor does it show any pending jobs
I have admin rights on the laptop and the PC
The printer too is the same and drivers are correct and updated
Can someoneone give me some hints what to do or try in order to get my quiz working on the PC?
Laptop has win 7 32 bit PC has win 7 (don't know 32 or 64 bit)
Laptop has IE 9 and PC has IE 8
Please guide me as it have to run this quiz Monday morning if possible

If what you experience is what I used to experience, maybe you can check your flash player and go to the adobe flash website
to open the block on extra window where the report is printed. Hope it works with you as it works with me.
Can you elaborate on this in detail i have not fully understood

1) Upgrade your version of the Flash Player to the latest version:
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer
2) Clear your cache. You can do this in Internet Explorer by going to
Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Temporary Internet Files and select
Delete Cookies and Delete Files.
3) Under the Security tab, click on the Internet, Local intranet, Trusted Sites, and Restricted Sites and select Default level for each.
4) Under the Privacy tab make sure that is set to the Default level.
5) Under Advanced click Restore advanced settings and click OK.
6) Restart your web browser.
Did all that no change on status

It sounds like the end-user is using a pop-up blocker. This is likely why the print results feature won't work.
