Resetting Quiz Responses

Dec 23, 2013

Hello...I'm new to Articulate and am trying to create a quiz that will reset itself so usesrs can retake it after retaking the course they failed.  They way I have it set up now is that they have 1 retry for the quiz.  If they fail after 1 retry, they are forced to retake the course (it's a very brief refresher course with 3 quiz questions). However, when they get through the course the second time, their old quiz responses are still showing and they cannot select new answers.  Is there a way to reset the quiz after they go through the course a second time? Thanks for your help!

Maybe because I am not exiting the quiz and am actually completing it?  I think the Resume features may apply only to the instances where you leave the quiz/course before finishing?  I am actually completing the quiz, but because I failed it, I am being forced to go back to the beginning of the couse and re-take it. After I retake the course, I need to quiz to reset so that I can take it again.

Hi, I'm having this same issue?  It used to work fine in SL1, but now I can't figure our what to do.  If set the attempts to 1 then, when they come back around the question is locked.  I set the quiz slides to reset on reload, and they would still show the previous answer, until I put a reset results on each slide, but It appears that the question is locked.  If I set attempts to unlimited it doesn't let them go forward, until they get it right, so they'll never need the redo quiz button.
