I'm new to articulate and I'm using a template built from the previous trainer and the learner is saying as they failed the quiz, they selected 'retry quiz' which directed them back, after 2nd attempt and missing 1, their score is lower.
The results seems to be accumulating. I've searched for triggers and can't locate how this is possible. Another thing, there's 22 questions in the quiz, all weighted the same, but learner's course only selects 10.

Hi, I think the issue was solved. The weight of the quizzes were showing as 1 and 10s. So at a random draw, because the weight was different, maybe that's how they kept getting lower scores.
