results slide not showing when HTML5 output is enabled

I have a 5-question quiz, and the pass/fail results slides work beautifully if I publish without HTML5 output, but with it checked, the slide content doesn't appear in Chrome (52.0.2743.116 m) or IE (11.0.9600.18426). I've tested the course on SCORM Cloud, and the test score registers fine.
I did customize the look of the Fail/Success layers, but I'd love if there was a simple setting I missed--or a known issue I simply haven't uncovered yet.
I just updated Studio '13, so that *should* be all good (it fixed the animations from Presenter not showing if Flash is disabled).
Help!
And thank you :)

FWIW, my client had asked to have audio inserted for pass or fail results, and when i removed the audio on those layers, the results data displayed just fine. has anyone else heard of this happening?
Hi Joanne,
I haven't heard of a similar situation - are you able to share a copy of this quizmaker quiz with us? If it's particularly long or confidential you could look at pairing it down to just a few sample questions and the results slide. You are also welcome to share it with our Support Engineers here.
