It's strange. The quiz is inside Presenter and after I finish the quiz (whether pass/fail) it shows up as only having the next button. This happens even when I have it set as multiple items.
Also, the branching for this section is grayed out. Any thoughts?

The previous button shows up by default on the Quizmaker '13 Results screen. Do you have your quiz added to a Presenter project?
You can control the navigation via the menu (if you are displaying as multiple items) and via how you set the Finish button behavior.
