Hello I've created a stand alone quiz and it includes 1 blank slide (non-question) in the first group. The remaining groups have randomized set of questions. For the failure results, I've set it at 1 retry attempt allowed if failed. But after publishing it to our LMS, this retry button clears out the score but does not direct the user to a new quiz. Any clue on what I am doing wrong?

That does sound a bit odd. Does it behave this way when previewing, or only after publishing?
If you'd like to share the .quiz file here, I'd be happy to take a look.
Also, please let us know if you're publishing this quiz as a part of a Presenter project, or a standalone quiz file.

Thanks for the additional information!
Have you checked both of the result layers to ensure the "Retry" option is enabled?
Also, how are you viewing the quiz after you've published? Are you uploading to the LMS servers before testing?
