I have my "Fail Results" set to "Allow user to retry quiz" and if the user fails, the retry button appears. But clicking it doesn't do anything. It looks like I just have a setting or option set wrong somewhere, but I don't know what or where. Help.
Does this happen while previewing or after publishing?
If this only happens after publishing, are you viewing the quiz from an LMS or web server? Try to make sure you're not viewing the published files from your local hard drive if possible.
If you have the quiz hosted on a server, are you able to share a link so I can take a quick look?
If this happens during preview, are you previewing in Quizmaker or do you have the quiz inserted in a Presenter presentation?
If you could let me know which version you're using (09 or 13) that would also help :)
When I preview, it says "The slide target of this link is not available in this preview". The problem I described is when published to Articulate Online. I am previewing from Quizmaker; the quiz is stand-alone, not part of a Presenter presentation. I'm using '13.
That's a strange message - do you have a hyperlink or any other URL in that slide?
Are you able to share a link to the published and uploaded version in Articulate Online? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I run into the same problem.
