Saba LMS Course Completing when failing quiz

I want my learners to be able to retake a course if they fail the quiz.  With Articulate '09 I had made javascript changes to the lms.js file and I was able to keep the course in the learners In Progress Learning until they passed the quiz.  With Articulate '13 I am having trouble locating part of the javascript that passes the course to transcript.

I've attached a word document explaining my changes to the previous '09  lms.js file vs the current '13 lms.js file.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
