I created a presentation and added quizzes to it. Now, I need to go back and save the quiz separately from the Presenter. I don't see a save as button, so I'm not sure how to save it and make it a standalone document.
Hi, Jill -- Can you please share your Articulate Package so we can check things out a bit closer?
I may not be understanding correctly, but did you create your quiz using Quizmaker and then add it into Presenter '13, as described here? If so, the Quizmaker file should be a standalone file. Again, my apologies if I am not clear, but any clarification is appreciated! :)
You should be able to find your quiz file in the same folder where your presentation lives. If you open it from there you will see more save and publish options.
I created the quiz in Presenter. It didn't have a save as link to make it a standalone file. I guess that isn't an option?
I did find a workaround though. I ended up sending to myself in an email (the send option was available) and then I saved as once I opened it from the email. It's not necessarily how I thought I could do it, but it was a workaround.
When you build directly in Presenter you'll have the option to edit in Quizmaker, and then "save and return to Presenter" but you're correct that the "Save as" option is greyed out in Quizmaker, so that it's only updating the Presenter version.
I'd look as Ron mentioned, in the PPTA folder and see if you're able to access the .quiz file there as well.
