Scorm bug

My course was published OK but the Quizmaker test has a bug, please see the error message received (see attached file: scorm bug.ppt).
The Quizmaker is working OK, the test result is OK, but the bug message appears several times (see attached file and do the test: Conceitos Basicos .zip).
My conection works fine, please tell me what I have to do to eliminate the error message.

Did you get this error message when testing your course on an LMS, or just testing it on your local drive?

If the issue persists after following the steps in the article above, please open a support case with your LMS provider, your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
I just tested this content in SCORM Cloud, with no issue, so yes, check with your LMS.
