SCORM Results Not Recording

I hope that someone can help, before I start tearing out my hair...

Our organisation is trying to set up a OLM, based on Drupal.  We have 2 packages that we are using to test the e-Learning area of the system.

• Package 1 uploads & records the scores without any problems and works fine.
• Package 2 will upload and play, but when trying to view the results shows the following messgae:

              "The SCORM unit you used did not provide the necessary data to generate results.

               Please use another SCORM unit!"

Both packages use the same Player Template & I have checked the Presentation Options and they are both the same. 

I even copied the slides from Presentation 2 and inserted them into Package 1 & added the quiz and it all works & the scores are recorded.

So I then thought that if I started with a blank presentation it should work... So Package 3 consists of 1 slide with the name of the package, the Quiz and a last slide saying The End.  It uses the same Player Template as packages 1 & 2 & the same Presentation Options.

But it did not save the results and I got the same message!!!!!!

In summary -

The Player Templates are the same

The Presentation options are the same

The Quiz is the same

Can anyone give me any clues about what to look at next????????
