Searching for questions within a quiz

I am using Quizmaker to hold all the questions for all my courses. I have the questions grouped according to course level and subject and randomly choose a certain number of questions from each group when administering or creating an exam.

I have over 150 questions in the quiz database. When I add new questions, I would like to search the database to determine if that question has already been added, so I avoid duplicating questions. However, this has posed a problem because there is no search function within Quizmaker.

I have had to publish the database to Word and perform my search there, and then return to quizmaker to try and locate the same question, this is extremely tedious and cumbersome.

Has anyone found a solution or workaround to this issue?
