Have a look here for possible reasons and solutions for the email results feature not working. There is also a known issue where the email results feature in Quizmaker '09 does not work if a quiz contains 13 or more questions. Depending on the browser you are using, you may experience a blank email, or an error may occur. Our Quality Assurance team is investigating this issue. In the meantime, the only workarounds are to reduce the number of questions in the quiz to 12 (or fewer) or to disable the email results feature. Please let us know if you're able to resolve it. Thanks!
Was this ever fixed? I also have the same issue. The person that creates the quiz published to the web format and then copied it to a shared drive on a server. We arfe able to run the quiz and then when hit select email results the email comes up and but with no results. I am running WIndows 7 and IE 8 and Flash player 11.2. I have set the trusted settings in Flash to allow the email to now at least come up but there are no results in the email. It is a blank email. THe quiz is 20 questions, could that be the issue.
Hi Steve and welcome to Heroes! My first suggestion would be to place the quiz on a web server and view it via a valid HTTP address. If you still have difficulties, feel free to submit a case.
I also tried on a web server and I get the same results. Email pops up no results. Where are the results even stored? Locally or web server? In what file? I tried looking for some documentation on setting up the web server and specific rights but did not find any in the documentation.
It seems to work on XP clients but not Windows 7 clients. XP clients a dialog comes up and ask you that an email wnats to be sent on your behalf and you click ok. Then a allow or deny dialog comes up you select allow and that seems to work. But windows 7 the email just pops up with no results.
I am experiencing theIE9 blank email problem even though I have the latest Studio 09 update (8). I looked at the PHP solution and to be honest, feel it's something Articulate should be working into their code instead of expecting users to do it for them. IE 9 has been around long enough (March 2011) for a solution to have been devised and released.
Unfortunately, due to increased browser and network security, there’s no way to email results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Those are things that our software can't workaround. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. We're aware of the difficulties of emailing results, and are always looking at ways to improve it.

Any word on when this will be addressed?
Sorry for the frustration, Ken.
