Sharing program files to enable Player Template ?

Hello everybody,

I created a Player Template which is going to be the standard for the company.

My idea was that I was going to ask anybody using Articulate to install the template xml file in that folder on their computer :

 C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\templates

Likewise the logo I use in my template would be installed there:

C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\objects\logos

And the picture of my presenter there :

C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\objects\Presenters

Then we would be able to share ppt files and their ppta counterparts using the same template, which would be available from the drop down menu at the bottom of the Layout tab in the Player Template Dialog box. .

Am I right ? I ve been looking and didn’t find any information so far.

And if so am I forgetting some other shared program files that should also be installed on my colleagues computers so that we can all work with the same standard template ?
