Slide notes missing from a Quizmaker slide

Hi all, thanks for the great responses!

I have a fairly easy to explain problem - I'm using a Quaizmaker blank slide to insert a video into my e-learn. I would like to use the Notes tab in Presenter to show a transcript of the video (it's quite short). I've inserted the transcript into the Notes section in PPT, and it displays as expected when I preview that screen.

However, upon publishing, the text is missing from the Notes tab. More specifically, it seems to be "invisible", as the scroll bar is the right length for the text I've inserted, and the text is there when I view the "presentation.xml" file.

Very strange behaviour! Any ideas what could be happening?
