Some users facing scoring issue

Hi,
I have a Presenter course with a quiz built in Quizmaker '13. While most users don't face any problem, some users have reported that their (correct) answers were marked incorrect although the feedback showed as 'Correct' and as a result the score was messed up. These users were not able to perform certain other actions, such as Print Results - the button did not work at all. I reckon this might be a browser issue. Does anyone know what might be going on here and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Hi, Syed -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! Here is our System Requirements sheet to ensure that content is being viewing in a supported way. And also, can you share if your learners are accessing content via an LMS and if so, is the same behavior happening in the SCORM Cloud?
Thanks Christie! I'll check if the users have the adequate system requirements.
And yes the learners are using an LMS (KNet from Cornerstone) to access the content. They also tried accessing directly via Web but had the same issues while others had no problem at all. I'll test SCORM Cloud and let you know. Many thanks!
