Studio 13 - Quizes questions marked incorrect when answered correctly

We have a problem where quiz questions are being marked incorrectly that were answered correctly. We have seen this error occur in two different ways. The first way occurs during a finished quiz review where the questions are marked incorrectly when it is clear that the correct answer has been chosen. However, on the results screen, the actual score grades the student correctly by giving them the credit for questions that they were marked incorrect for on the review, but that were selected correctly. This is occurring on our old LMS,, happens randomly in maybe 3% of the users, and we cannot seem to get the issue to replicate when we test it. The second way is occurring on our new SAP LMS platform where we cannot get any quizzes to grade in the review or score the answers correctly on the results screen correctly. In this instance, questions that were answered correctly are marked incorrect, and the learner is always failed on the results screen.

Hi, Alis -- Thanks for reaching out with your question! May I ask, are you finding the same behavior when you test your published output in the SCORM Cloud, as well? The SCORM Cloud is the industry standard or testing LMS content, and if you do not find the same behavior there as what you are seeing in your LMS, you may want to contact your provider directly.

Yes, we did test it in SCORM Cloud, and when testing the course in SCORM Cloud using an iPad as the test platform, the same error happens.

Okay...I do see some opportunities. I think when I tested it in SCORM Cloud did not create an Invite and test it that way. Will try that out now and see if it returns different results first.

I work with Alis here and we have been trying to figure this issue out. We have uploaded and tested a few of our quizzes, published with Quizmaker, and courses, published through PowerPoint with quizzes embedded, to SCORM Cloud as your link suggested. All of our quizzes/courses have exhibited the same behavior of marking correct answers as incorrect causing a Failing score. We are completely at a loss for why this is happening.

iPad iOS 9.2.1 using Safari Browser
Publishing with Articulate Studio Update 7
Using SCORM Cloud as testing LMS
Note, all quizzes and courses function normally on a desktop computer using IE 11. Any further assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Christie -- Here are 2 courses that we have been testing. I have noticed on the first one that it is not that bad as it is mostly multiple choice, which seem to be fine, I only had 1 question that marked me wrong on it which was a multiple answer the was answered correctly. The second quiz has a more varied question set so I see a lot of the errors on that one. Thank you for your help.
