Hey Bonnie! This is one of those internal prompts that is built into Quizmaker. You can change the text of the dialogue and the buttons by editing your Text Labels in the Player, but it will always appear with both those options.
When learners submit answers all at once, they have the ability to navigate forward and back through the questions before submitting. This prompt gives them one final opportunity to do that.
Does it feel a bit redundant to you if learners don't need that option?
