Survey question answers disappear

A client just created a survey tied to promotions. Quizmaker worked flawlessly until the user attempted to print his/her results. The printer was not working. The proctor instructed the users to log-out. He was going to log in as the users and resume where they left off and print results when logging back in. He did not "save as pdf"

When he logged back in, he was prompted, "Do you wish to resume?" He answered yes. When he logged in as the user, only a portion of the responses were visible. e.g. There were ten essay responses and 7-10 were blank. 

We intentionally did not use the "email" feature due to the fact that lengthy responses will not be emailed. I thought it might be a pop up issue, so I logged in under two different browsers and the responses still do not appear. 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Any chance you'd be able to share the project file with us so we can test it out on our end? If it's a standalone quiz, you can simply send us the .quiz file. If it's part of a larger Presenter course, first create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload. Thanks!
