Survey Questionnaire

Nov 18, 2018

Hello all,

I have a simple questionnarie with 5 questions. The learner would have a choice of 4 answers within each question. There would be no right or wrong answers. I am doing this to gather the learners personal input about 5 topics. So far so good. But for some reason all of the instructions introduce "graded" into the mix. All I would like to do is have the learners responses to the 5 questions gathered somewhere (separate slide?) to be viewed, printed off or end result a PDF.

For example: Question #1 - What kind of light environment do you like?

Choice: #1 Bright/Sunshine - #2 Moderate - #3 Dark/Cloudy - #4 Don't Care

Their choice would be noted somewhere (separate slide?). After the 5 questions have been answered the choices would be on the same slide as the other choices. Creating a snapshot of the persons comfort environment.

Is this possible in Storyline and if so could someone pass along simple instructions? That would be very appreciated. Kindest regards, Don

Hey Don!

Quizmaker includes ungraded survey slides that would be perfect for your questionnaire.

And while there isn't a way to include a slide with a summary of the answers, you can include a Print button on the results slide so learners can print a copy of their results.

To include question/answer details in the printed results, mark the box to Allow user to review survey. If you don't let learners review the survey, printed results will only show completion information.
