Survey Quizzes - Retrying and Emailing the results

Hi;

I've added a survey quiz to a course and have two questions about this:

1. How do you set up the quiz so there is no option to "Retry" at the end of the quiz. In my course i'm using the quiz for course evaluation purposes and don't want users to have the option of retrying the quiz. There's an option to untick "review quiz" but can't see how you can remove option to retry the quiz

2. When you email the results of the survey, the results go into an email message with lots of lines of code. Is there a way to hide this code so only results of the survey for each question are shown in the email message. Makes it hard to read the results
