Hi there Jeff! When you open your presentation in PowerPoint, check the bottom of your quiz placeholder slide. The very last item listed is "User may attempt quiz." If it says anything other than "Just once," that will cause the Retry button to appear. (Like in the example below, since I have it set to "Unlimited," there will always be a retry button on the Result slide. You can change this setting by clicking Properties and choosing a different value for that field. Hope that helps.

I was hoping there was some sort of conditional switch, so only the people who FAILED the test would see that button.
I hear you. Currently there's not a way to make the Retry button conditional based on pass/fail. That would make a good feature request.
