I have created a timed test that is set for 180 minutes. When a trainee takes the test the colck on screen does not seem to accurately count down. For every 15 seconds in real time the clock in the test moves 1 second. Has anyone experienced this problem? Are there any fixes/updates/bug fixes for this?
How are you viewing the quiz when you see this behavior? Does this happen when previewing the quiz, after publishing, or both?
If this happens only after publishing, please make sure you're uploading your course to a web server or LMS before testing your quiz. If you view a published Studio '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
Thanks for the response. I think you have identified the problem. I am publishing the quizzes as cd in order to have access to the executable file. I will try to publish to the web and allow trainees to launch the quiz from a browser.
