If the issue persists, be sure to open a support case with your LMS provider, since they are your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
Looks like you are hitting the character limit of scorm 1.2 data, if possible I would use scorm 2004 version 3. If not possible you may be able to modify your lms to store more data. I believe articulate passes all the data to the lms irrespective of which scorm version you use.
