Transparent Skin\template for quizmaker
Jan 18, 2012
I remember I read it was possible to make the skin\template of quizmaker fully transparent.
So it would be possible to view the slide's background, and to keep the general look-n-feel during the quiz as well.
I was able to set mos parts to transparent, but still get a white background behind the quiz, and not the slide's background (tried defining the background and jus pasing the image I like and sending it to the back).
Any ideas what I'm missing?
Or even better - can someone upload such a transparent skin to be used?
P.S. I do not mean using the slide design in QM, and defining the background over there, since then my image is small,a nd does not cover the full area of the slide. I use it and add one object over there, yet wisg to have a slide-full background, covering the title area as well.
thanks!

Hi Efrat, I was looking for this just a few days ago, and located a Sceenr that explains each step:

I have been using a transparent color scheme for the last two years and now it's not working too well. The only thing that's changed on my system is the installation of the beta version of Storyline. Any suggestions?
Hi Richard,
Would you mind submitting a ticket with as much detail as possible so our support staff can work with you to resolve the issue? Thanks!
Trying to set teh quiz background to transparent. I have set all items in the Frame category to 100% transparent, still I have a white, blue gradient background behind my quiz and not the Master slide from ppt.
I have set the distribution options to include the slide master behind quizzes.
What else do I need to set to tranparent?
I completely erased all items related to the Storyline and Presenter installations after un-install. Used regedit to delete all items in Windows registry. This seemed to correct the problems I was experiencing, because I now have the standard set of folders in the Presenter folder in Programs(x86).
Hi Catrin.
I would suggest sending us your quiz file so we can take a look. You can send it here:
