Is there a way to import a quiz from Quizmaker to Presenter and have the quiz slides distributed non-consecutively throughout the presentation? For example, quiz question 1 would come after presentation slide 5, quiz question 2 would come after presentation slide 12, etc, but at the end of the module, all of the questions throughout the presentation would be scored as one quiz.
There would not be a way to do this within Quizmaker or Presenter, as you'd have to make separate quizzes for each, all with their own results slide and therefore individual scores. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!

Since SCORM can only take one score, is it somehow possible to combine the results slides into one grand total for reporting?
