Unable to insert Quiz
Aug 25, 2015
Hope you can help guys. Having had no previous problem, I am now unable to insert a quiz into a course. I go through the normal process, select the quiz, and it just hangs about one third the way through. There are no messages or warnings, and it isn't showing 'not responding'. It just sits there.
I am using Quizmaker '09 V3.3.1303.2214
with Articulate Presenter '09 V6.3.1402.0316 Pro Update 10
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Cheers...Sly

Hi Simon! Looks like you are utilizing the latest update. I would advise a repair of you software to see if that alleviates your issue.
Hi Leslie. I re-installed yesterday but to no avail. I have tried multiple quizzes and multiple courses, and the problem is replicated across all. Any other advice?
Cheers...Simon
Hi Simon! Did you re-install according to the instructions in this documentation? Are you working locally on your software and project files as well?
If so, you may need to work directly with our support team so that we can check log files perhaps.
Hi Leslie,
I followed these instructions this morning and I now seem to have a
different problem. When I click on the Quizmaker Quiz icon on the
Articulate ribbon in PowerPoint I get the following...
Presenter was unable to open your project file.
I also got the same message when I tried with Engage Interaction.
I have activated Quizmaker using my serial number.
Thanks...

Hi Simon! I see where you were able to work with Vevette in your case (00642329). Looks like working off of a network drive was the possible culprit.
Hi all.
The final solution for me was to rebuild (software) my laptop. This fixed the problems I was having. I can only assume there was a software conflict somewhere.
Thanks everyone for all your help!
Thanks for popping in to share an update Simon. Glad that it's working now.
